Do you monitor flights?
Yes. We track arrivals and adjust pickup times at Pearson, Billy Bishop and Hamilton at no extra charge. Provide your flight number in the booking form.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Select the option in the booking form and we will install and sanitize the seat before pickup.
Which areas do you serve?
All of the GTA — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, Pickering, Ajax, Oshawa and more. Not sure? Call us.
How are quotes calculated?
Based on distance, vehicle class, time and extras. The estimator gives a firm guide — final confirmation is sent by email after booking.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. Corporate accounts include dedicated account management, monthly invoicing, priority availability and consistent billing. Use the booking form or call 647 567 6704.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 12 hours before pickup are fully refunded. Less than 12 hours may incur a fee. Contact us directly for special circumstances.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 24 hours for airport transfers and 48+ hours for weddings. Last-minute bookings subject to availability — call us directly.
What if my flight is cancelled or delayed?
We monitor your flight in real time. If cancelled or majorly delayed, contact us and we will reschedule at no charge.
Do you provide receipts for expense reporting?
Yes. All bookings receive a full email receipt. Corporate accounts receive monthly invoices.
Are fragrance-free vehicles available?
Yes. Request this in the notes field and we will ensure your vehicle is cleaned without scented products.
